Cracked, Broken, or Otherwise Defective DVDs:
Better Basketball takes great pains to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition, but in an extreme circumstance a DVD may arrive with shipping damage. If that is the case, BB will replace, at our expense, any defective, broken, or otherwise damaged DVD free of charge within 14 days of the date you, the customer, receive the product.
If after receiving an order, you change your mind about Better Basketball, you may return any unopened (meaning its wrap is fully intact) DVDs to BB for a full refund minus the shipping fees. DVDs must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Why can I only return unopened DVDs?
As you have probably noticed, Better Basketball strives to give you, the customer, as much information as possible on the website to help you know exactly what you are getting with each Better Basketball DVD. On every product page you will find detailed chapter descriptions, a video trailer, pertinent testimonials, and a 3-5 minute video excerpt which gives you a window into actual video content. If those features have convinced you to buy the DVD, we are confident that you will not be disappointed.
Any BB Apparel can be returned for an exchange or a full refund (minus shipping fees) for any reason within 30 days. By the way, apparel ships in shrink wrap bags, but we know that you need to try apparel on to know whether you are happy with it. Open the wrap, try it on, wash it, try it on again, and if you aren’t happy with the fit, return it for a different size or a full refund of the purchase price.
